About

Challenging assignments
with like-minded people

We started HR Transition with 2 main goals: to be able to do the challenging assignments that we love to be part of and side-by-side with like-minded people while doing so. Moreover, this is also why our fellow (Interim-) professionals choose to work with us: team up with a network of skilled (work-hard/play-hard) professionals and exciting assignments, which would be difficult to acquire individually.

After working as Interim Professionals on an individual basis for several years, we found ourselves working on large and challenging transition projects and programs, over and over again. We noticed the repeated feedback from customers in our network about the lack of change capacity and capabilities in their HR organization for large transitions.

Additionally, we found that our joined cooperation, working with different combinations of interim professionals we know and trust, combined with the internal team available at our customer, was challenging and a lot of fun!

Corporate Social Responsibility

Executive MBA Business & IT, Nyenrode University, Program Review Board Member

As Nelson Mandela said: ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.’ We fully believe in education and are happy to make a contribution to that cause by voluntary fulfilling a role in the Program Review Board since 2015. The goal of this board is to review the quality of the executive MBA Business & IT.

National MS Fund Netherlands, HR Consultancy

In 2018, we came into contact with the National MS fund as they had some questions regarding HR. We decided to use our knowledge and experience to support them free of charge and have been doing so up to 2020 when our support was no longer needed. Our work with the MS fund consisted of analyzing the different revenue streams and identifying possibilities for growth, both organically and through strategic partnerships. With these strategic goals in mind, we did a workforce planning that allows accelerated growth. In these situations, investing in resources and talent proceeds harvesting results.
